LAND
* The Pollard Hotel in Red Lodge, Mont., is offering a late-season ski package for $165 a night for two. The deal includes accommodations, breakfasts and lift tickets at Red Lodge Mountain, about six miles from the 39-room historic hotel, built in 1893. Taxes are an extra 10 percent. * Redwood Adventures has an introductory rate of $199 a night on the newly renovated 1,200-square-foot vacation cabins in California's Redwood National Park. The three-bedroom cabins, at Redwood Adventures Vacation Village north of Orick, Calif., offer full kitchens, a 24-inch television with satellite and DVD/VCR, and washer and dryer. Taxes are an extra 10 percent; cleaning fee is $50. Three are ready for occupancy, and another three will be available by May. Reduced rate is good though 2007 for any cabin booked before June 1. * Intrav has reduced single supplements on select Europe and Asia sailings booked by April 9. For example, a 10-night Springtime in Holland and Belgium cruise aboard the 78-passenger Rembrandt departing April 11 is now $3,495 per person, including taxes, based on single occupancy, a savings of $1,000. The reduced single supplements also apply to several small-ship expedition cruises, including the Temples & Gardens of Ancient Japan and the Islands of the Russian Far East. * Book by 6 p.m. March 25 and get two-for-one prices on select Alaska sailings with Regent Seven Seas Cruises. Fare now starts at $2,848 per person double, plus about $310 port charges and taxes. * Air New Zealand has sale fares of $915 (including about $71 taxes) on flights from Los Angeles to Nadi, Fiji. Add a round-trip flight from Washington to Los Angeles, currently about $276 for nonstop service, and the fare comes to about $1,221. * Eurofly has peak-season sale fares on nonstop service from New York to Rome and Bologna, Italy. Fare of $739 plus about $70 taxes is good for travel May 6-Oct. 11. Fare on other airlines to Bologna in July, for example, is about $1,114 from New York and about $1,400 from Washington. Deal is capacity controlled and will expire when seats are sold out. * Fly business class from Washington to London on British Airways this summer for $3,105, including $347 in taxes and fuel surcharges, a savings of about $770 per person. * Norwegian Coastal Voyage has reduced its prices on independent vacations. Book by March 31 and receive savings of $125 to $400 per person. For example, a 10-night Norwegian Holiday tour includes round-trip international airfare from Washington, air from Oslo to Kirkenes, two nights' hotel in Oslo, one night's hotel in Kirkenes, two nights' lodging in Bergen, a five-night cruise from Kirkenes to Bergen, transfers and transportation cards in Oslo and Bergen.
