· In today's Food section, which was printed in advance, a graphic with an article on different varieties of eggs lists an incorrect Web address. For information on ostrich farms, including links to those that sell ostrich eggs, go to http://www.ostriches.org.

· A March 27 article incorrectly attributed to Susan Ralston a warning that e-mail messages by lobbyist Jack Abramoff should not be put into the White House e-mail system "because it might actually limit what they can do to help us, especially since there could be lawsuits, etc." The author of the 2003 e-mail citing the warning, Kevin Ring, said yesterday that the warning was issued not by Ralston but by Jennifer Farley, who was a deputy in the White House Office of Intergovernmental Affairs.

· A March 27 KidsPost article about presidential elections said that 2008 will be the first time since 1952 that neither a sitting president nor a sitting vice president has run for president. President Harry S. Truman and Vice President Alben Barkley each ran briefly for the Democratic nomination in 1952.

· A March 26 Metro article about Maryland Day and an accompanying photo caption incorrectly identified a colonial punishment device as a gallows. Youngster Allison Lynch stood in a mock-up of stocks.

· With a Science article in some March 19 editions, captions for photographs of a warbler and a cowbird were reversed.
