Yesterday was an opportunity for D.C. residents -- who have no voting voice in Congress -- to speak out. Soaked and windblown, they marched to the Capitol to support a bill that would finally give the District a full-fledged vote in the House. Here's what some of them said.

"We want something for our taxes . And it's long overdue."

"We are fighting a war in Iraq for democracy there, but we don't have democracy here."
