The Condemned (R, 100 minutes). Former wrestling pro "Stone Cold" Steve Austin stars in this action film. At area theaters. See Desson Thomson's Quick Take in Weekend, Page 34.

Diggers (R, 90 minutes). A 1970s period piece about clam diggers on Long Island, N.Y., starring Paul Rudd and Lauren Ambrose. At Landmark's E Street Cinema. See Ann Hornaday's Quick Take in Weekend, Page 35.

The Invisible (PG-13, 97 minutes). Justin Chatwin stars as a young man solving the mystery of his own murder in this supernatural thriller. At area theaters. Hollywood Pictures did not screen this film in time for review.

Kickin' It Old Skool (PG-13, 107 minutes). A break dancer (Jamie Kennedy) wakes up from a 20-year coma. At area theaters. Yari Film Group did not screen this film in time for review.

Next (PG-13, 96 minutes). A magician (Nicolas Cage) can see the future and a government agent (Julianne Moore) needs him to help stop a terrorist plot. At area theaters. Paramount Pictures did not screen this film in time for review.
