Mexico City Stages Mass 'Quinceanera'

MEXICO CITY -- Almost 200 poor teenagers posed in donated ball gowns and danced traditional waltzes Saturday as Mexico City's government threw a mass "quinceanera" coming-out party for disadvantaged girls.
