London in the Summer

Through Oct. 27, Virgin Atlantic is offering service to London's Heathrow Airport twice a day from Dulles International Airport. The airline previously had offered one daily flight. A Virgin Atlantic spokesman said the expanded service is designed to accommodate summer travelers.

Wine Flight, Rethought

A wine bar has opened in Concourse A at Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport. Vino Volo features an international selection of more than 20 wines, a tasting bar and small plates of food. There is also a Vino Volo at Dulle s.

Aviation Art Exhibitions

Aviation-themed artwork from 35 Maryland public school students is on display at BWI's Concourse B, adjacent to the Observation Gallery. Twenty-four public school systems were invited to submit artwork to the "Taking Flight" exhibition, which is part of the Youth Art Gallery at BWI.

The International Aerospace Art Exhibition will run May 7 to Sept. 7 in the International Terminal at BWI. The exhibition will feature 45 paintings and exhibits from the American Society of Aviation Artists, a nonprofit group that brings together art and aviation enthusiasts.
