3 Teens Shot After Fight at Party

Three teenagers were shot after a dispute at a large party late Saturday in the 12300 block of Selfridge Road, near Veirs Mill and Randolph roads in Wheaton, Montgomery County police said.

Police responded to a report of a gunshot victim, a 16-year-old male from Lanham, at 12:30 a.m. yesterday. When they arrived, they learned of two other victims, a 16-year-old male from Mount Rainier and a 17-year-old male from Northwest Washington. None suffered life-threatening injuries, police said.

Man Is Injured in Wheaton Stabbing

A 19-year-old Silver Spring man was stabbed repeatedly near Veirs Mill and Randolph roads in Wheaton early yesterday, police said. The man had just gotten off a bus and was walking through a parking lot when he was approached and attacked by six males he did not know, Montgomery County police said. The victim escaped and was taken to a hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening, police said.
