FESTIVALS ViVa! Vienna! The local Rotary Club throws this Memorial Day fair, which features rides, bands, food and more today, tomorrow and Monday. The King Cadillac Band headlines tonight (7:30-10) with its pop take on rockabilly; Monday, the entertainment's a bit kiddier, with Rocknoceros, Lemonface and others. CONCERT Memorial Day Jazz Festival Alexandria brings the day-long affair back for the 30th year. Kaleidoscope Orchestra Big Band, Juanita Williams with the Fred Hughes Trio, the Mike Stephens Project, Al Williams, and Chopteeth play this year's festival. Bring a lawn chair, a picnic and blanket.
