Player of the Year

D Ian Crumley, St. Albans, Sr.

Perhaps the most dominant player in the Interstate Athletic Conference tournament final, picking up seven groundballs. He finished with 75 groundballs and four goals. Will attend Navy Prep.

Coach of the Year

Malcolm Lester, Sr. Albans

Led St. Albans to its first IAC tournament title and first overall crown, sharing the honors with Georgetown Prep. He has a career record of 192-101 in 16 years.

First Team

G Guy Van Sickle, St. Albans, Jr.

Stopped 68 percent of shots on goal and tallied 170 total saves. In the IAC tournament, he had 23 saves and 10 goals against in victories over Landon (9-4) and St. Stephen's/St. Agnes (7-6 in double overtime).

D Billy Grayson, St. Albans, Jr.

Had 55 groundballs and was yet another lockdown defender behind Crumley. Also had three goals and one assist.

D C.J. Uy, Sidwell Friends, Sr.

Was the top defender for the Quakers' Mid-Atlantic Conference tournament title team, which also claimed a share of the regular-season title.

MF Ian Moore, St. Albans, Sr.

Led team in total points with 26 goals and 16 assists. Named all-IAC by the coaches.

MF-A Matt Rawson, St. Albans, Sr.

Was instrumental in leading team to 12 wins in its final 13 games. Finished with 28 goals and 10 assists, including four goals against Landon in the IAC semifinals.

MF Andrew Rohacik, St. Albans, Sr.

Played a crucial role for the Bulldogs, winning 69 percent of his faceoffs. Also had the winning overtime goal against Bullis. He finished with 11 goals, 1 assist and 101 groundballs.

A Jack Balaban, St. Albans, Jr.

Led the Bulldogs with 30 goals, but his biggest contribution was the winning overtime goal in the IAC title game.

A Peter Braunohler, Sidwell Friends, Sr.

Scored 51 goals and handed out 21 assists to lead the Quakers to a MAC tournament title and share of the regular-season title. He had five goals in the championship game.

A Sean Dinn, Gonzaga, Sr.

Despite being heavily targeted in Gonzaga's offense, Dinn tallied 42 goals and 33 assists. Will play at the Naval Academy.

A Joseph Johnson, Gonzaga, Jr.

Johnson finished with 23 goals and 15 assists to lead Gonzaga to the WCAC semifinals; Eagles also defeated traditionally strong Robinson.
