WASHINGTON -- George Washington guard Maureece Rice withdrew his name from the NBA draft Monday and will return for his senior season.
As a junior, Rice led the Colonials in scoring, averaging 15.8 points, and in 3-pointers made, with 64. He was the 2006 Atlantic 10 sixth man of the year.
Rice helped George Washington go 23-9 last season and reach the NCAA tournament for the third consecutive year.
