· Air Canada has a summer sale on connecting flights to London and Manchester, England, with fares starting at $499 round trip. · Scandinavian Airlines has discounted fares to Copenhagen and Stockholm. From Washington, flights to Copenhagen start at $658, at least $50 less than other airlines. · Spend seven nights in Costa do Sauipe, a beach destination in Brazil's Bahia, for less than a grand.
