Kent Island is a great respite from the hustle of the Beltway, but you still have to cross that Bay Bridge when you come to it.
· According to the Maryland Transportation Authority, the best times to cross are Fridays before noon and after 10 p.m., Saturdays before 10 a.m. and after 7 p.m., and Sundays before 11 a.m. and after 10 p.m.
