Rogers's program is called Start Entrepreneurship Early. As part of the program, Rogers and the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission will host a series of workshops, titled "An Introduction to Entrepreneurship," for children ages 12 to 17. The workshops will integrate lectures with hands-on learning.
