This afternoon at 5, Nickelodeon airs the first of this week's five new "SpongeBob SquarePants" episodes.
And "Sicko" director Michael Moore appears on "Hardball" (MSNBC at 5).
Tonight, the Democratic presidential candidates debate (CNN at 7), live from the Citadel in Charleston, S.C., is moderated by Anderson Cooper. The two-hour debate will feature video questions submitted by voters to YouTube over the past month.
"CMA Music Festival: Country's Night to Rock" (Channel 7 at 9), taped during a four-day Nashville event in June, features performances by Big & Rich, Brooks & Dunn, Sara Evans, Miranda Lambert, Brad Paisley, LeAnn Rimes and Carrie Underwood.
Mark and the gals have their first sleepover on "Age of Love" (Channel 4 at 9) when they go on a drunken camping trip. Just wait for the revealing game of "Truth or Dare!"
The five remaining contestants on "Hell's Kitchen" (Channel 5 at 9) must cook for a group of 100 opinionated high school students.
On "Heartland" (TNT at 8), Nathaniel struggles with the illness of his mentor (Dabney Coleman) while attempting a six-way kidney transplant operation.
"The Closer" (TNT at 9) must solve the murder of a fitness trainer while wearing a hazmat suit and sharing her squad with Homeland Security.
The premiere of "Saving Grace" (TNT at 10) is previewed by Tom Shales on Page C1.
"Kyle XY" (ABC Family at 8) doesn't know whom to trust anymore after receiving a warning about Foss.
On "Big Love" (HBO at 9), Margene's troubled past is revealed when her mom (Bonnie Bedelia) pays a visit, and Frank returns from exile to lay claim to Lois's fortune.
Drew Carey, Nikki Blonsky and musical guest Grinderman appear on "Late Show With David Letterman" (Channel 9, 11:35).
Julie Scardina, Aaron Eckhart and musical guest Common appear on "The Tonight Show With Jay Leno" (Channel 4, 11:35).
