Virgin Direct to California

Starting Sept. 26, Virgin America will begin nonstop, twice-daily service to San Francisco from Dulles International Airport, according to the airline's Web site. On Oct. 24, Virgin will start nonstop, twice-daily service to Los Angeles from Dulles, the site said.

Copa Direct to Panama City

Copa Airlines has started daily nonstop service to Panama City from Dulles, according to the airline's Web site.

Weekly Flights to Nigeria

Starting Sept. 4, North American Airlines will offer flights three times a week to Lagos, Nigeria, from Baltimore Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport, the airline said. The flights will depart BWI on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, and stop once at New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport.

Einstein Bros. at National

Einstein Bros. Bagels has opened at Reagan National Airport, a spokesman said. The restaurant, which offers bagels, sandwiches and coffee, is on the south pier in Terminal B.
