Her dress: A leopard-print shift from Urban Outfitters. "The pockets were what made me get it," she says. "And you can wear it during the winter with jeans."

Her bag: Free People's cotton tote. "It's their free gift when you buy something," she says. "I love that store. . . . The only problem is that it's so expensive!"

Her shoes: Classic black Chuck Taylors. "I've had them for four years. I wear them every day."

Her necklace: Turquoise, purchased on a trip to Afghanistan. "You see a lot of turquoise [there] and a lot of beautiful stones that you put on silver," she says.

Her style:"Some people say I'm funky. Personally, I don't even think about it."

Why it works: Don leopard-print anything and you run the risk of looking as though you've been rummaging in Ivana Trump's closet. But on a free-flowing shift paired with beat-up kicks, the classic pattern is casual and -- who knew? -- cool.
