C'mon, sing along. . . .
· We love the movie, music, concert tour and almost all things connected with the original "High School Musical." But does the sequel live up to the big expectations? Yeah, pretty much. See for yourself tonight at 8 when "High School Musical 2" debuts on Disney Channel. Seems Troy, Gabriella and the gang all get jobs at the country club owned by Sharpay and Ryan's parents. Of course, Sharpay is up to no good. But the song-and-dance routines for "Work This Out" and "I Don't Dance" are great fun. Among countless TV encores: Saturday at 8 p.m. (with the cast members answering questions) and Sunday at 8 p.m. (a sing-along telecast). [For more on "HSM2," see review on Page C1.]
· A team from West Salisbury, Maryland, is among eight U.S. teams still in contention for the Little League World Series title. The scrappy locals play Saturday at 3 p.m. on ABC, Sunday at 8 p.m. on ESPN2, and Tuesday at 4 p.m. on ESPN2. There are at least two games televised every day through Thursday on ESPN, ESPN2 and ABC. Championship games are next weekend.
· Gamers: Titles out next week include Brunswick Bowling, for PlayStation systems, and Nintendo DS games Brain Age 2 and Turn It Around.
