Taliban Fighters Void Second Truce in Pakistan

ISLAMABAD, Pakistan, Aug. 19 -- For the second time in two months, a truce designed to curb militancy in the tribal areas of northwestern Pakistan was declared void this weekend by Taliban fighters.
