? On filming the talk show in New York: "I'm so excited by the energy of the city. The audience is so vocal and active, and we feel really embraced by New York."

? On how the talk show has changed: "We used to take ourselves too seriously ... Now we're trying to have a little more fun with it."

? On how "Top Model" has changed: "The first cycle was put together on a shoestring . . . I remember that I was unhappy with how the house looked, so I ran to Bed Bath & Beyond and bought pillows. I got a glue gun and started gluing decorations on the lampshades."
