The Mets lost to the Marlins, 8-1, as Tom Glavine surrendered 7 runs in the first inning, registering just one out.

The Phillies defeated the Nationals, 6-1, clinching the National League East and eliminating the Mets from playoff contention.

The Padres could have clinched the wild card with a win, but they fell to the Brewers, 11-6.

The Rockies rallied to defeat the Diamondbacks, 4-3, setting up a one-game playoff with the Padres today.
