With Iowa heating up, the field ever shifting (Sam Brownback, we hardly knew ye), and a new quarter's worth of campaign finance data to plow through, it's once again time to check on how the stars are aligning in the 2008 Celebrity Primary season.

Whoopi Goldberg: Hosted an elite meet-and-greet in her SoHo loft Wednesday night for Bill Richardson. ("The View" co-hosts Barbara, Joy and Sherri attended, too!)

Renée Zellweger: $4,600 contribution to Hillary Clinton.

Robert Duvall: Held a fundraiser last month at his place in The Plains for Rudy Giuliani.

Shaun Cassidy: $1,000 contribution to John Edwards.

Calvin Klein: $4,600 contribution to Clinton.

Forest Whitaker: Stumped on behalf of Barack Obama at an Iowa City barbecue this month.

Pat Boone: $500 contribution to Mitt Romney.

Hugh Hefner: $2,300 contribution to Clinton.

Sean Penn: $2,300 contribution to Dennis Kucinich. . . and a $4,600 contribution to Edwards.

Sidney Poitier: $4,600 contribution to Obama.

Bo Derek: Endorsed Giuliani, stumped with him in California.
