Seeing Yellow

Cardinals WR Larry Fitzgerald drew a pair of penalties against the Redskins during Arizona's final drive of the third quarter. The first was a helmet-to-helmet hit delivered by safety LaRon Landry, and the other was a taunting call against linebacker London Fletcher. Both calls came on third down and extended the Cardinals' possession.

Playing Hurt

Despite a left elbow injury, quarterback Kurt Warner threw two touchdown passes against a Washington secondary that had allowed only two scoring passes all season. Backup Tim Rattay also threw one, marking the first time the Redskins yielded more than one touchdown pass since the second-to-last game of the 2006 season, a span of seven games.
