Sunday marks the end of daylight saving time, when clocks should be set back an hour. Although that will give many people an extra hour of sleep, it is also a disorienting event for the body's internal clock and can leave people out of sorts for several days. To minimize the impact, says chronobiologist Alfred Lewy of Oregon Health & Science University, delay your exposure to light on Sunday morning and get as much light as you can from natural and artificial sources toward the end of the day.
