¿ Dec. 6, 2001: AOL Time Warner chief executive Gerald Levin announces retirement; board names company executive Richard D. Parsons as successor.
¿ July 19, 2002: Jeffrey Bewkes becomes co-No. 2, sharing power with Don Logan.
¿ July 25, 2002: AOL Time Warner acknowledges SEC probe of AOL accounting.
¿ Aug. 7, 2002: Media veteran Jonathan Miller takes over AOL.
¿ Aug. 25, 2002: Parsons tells SEC that at least $49 million of AOL ad deals were wrongly recorded as revenue.
