We think the best Thanksgiving spreads offer a mix of dishes old and new, so this year we're tagging recipes in our two consecutive holiday issues with one of two labels: Tradition or Twist. Recipes marked Tradition are versions of classics; some of them have been refined. Those marked Twist include unconventional dishes and modern ways to enhance the Thanksgiving meal. You'll also find references to popular holiday recipes newly available on Recipe Finder.
