Vienna Man Charged With Assaulting Teen
A Fairfax County man has been arrested and charged with sexually assaulting a 16-year-old Vienna area youth, police said yesterday.
Police said the youth came forward this month and reported sexual activities with Eric A. Nelsen, 26, between Sept. 21 and Oct. 30. A police search warrant affidavit filed last week stated that Nelsen had photographed the teen during some of the encounters.
Police arrested Nelsen, of the 9400 block of Deramus Farm Court in the Vienna area, on Thursday and charged him with one count of committing crimes against nature.
