PERSONNEL DEPT.

Wizards: G Gilbert Arenas (left meniscus tear), F-C Oleksiy Pecherov (hairline fracture in right ankle) and C Etan Thomas (heart surgery) are out. C Brendan Haywood, who sprained his left ankle in the third quarter of Tuesday's win over Philadelphia, did not play last night but said he could play tomorrow night against Golden State. The Wizards dressed nine players last night.

Bobcats: F Sean May (knee) and F Adam Morrison (knee) are out for the season. Both were first-round draft picks but have made little impact. May has appeared in 58 games over two seasons, while Morrison averaged 11.8 points on 37.6 percent shooting last season as a rookie.
