Redskins Coach Joe Gibbs was an assistant with Tampa Bay in 1978, and his quarterback that season was Doug Williams. When Gibbs became the head coach in Washington, he later brought in Williams, who was named Super Bowl XXII most valuable player. The coach and former player, who now works in Tampa Bay's front office, were spotted on the sideline hugging during pregame warmups.
