In Contest 415, we warned you about a group that took over a town southwest of Mill Point, W.Va., to protest a Louisiana ordinance banning baggy pants. Congrats to Anne Lind of Goshen, Ind., who wins a Travel tote bag for knowing Droop when she saw it.
