A Wireless Welcome

Washington Dulles and Reagan National airports now offer wireless Internet access, the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority said.

Airport patrons who subscribe to a major wireless service provider can get access to the Internet by clicking on their computer's Internet browser icon. Airport passengers can use the service to check their flight status and obtain airport information for free.

Dulles and Reagan have also implemented systems that improve cellphone coverage. For information, call 866-849-2850 or go to http://www.mwaa.com.

Mega-Diner Opens at BWI

Silver Diner has opened in the Southwest A/B Terminal at Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall, an airport spokesman said.

At 6,000-square feet, the diner is one of the largest restaurants in any U.S. airport, the spokesman said. The diner, open from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m., offers sit-down service, a bar and takeout food.
