Runner of the Year

Neal Darmody

Quince Orchard, Sr.

Darmody was strong all season, winning two major invitationals, including the Glory Days Grill Invitational, where he ran 15:08, the fastest 5k time of any runner in the D.C. area. He also won the Montgomery County championship and the 4A West Region title before placing third at the state championships.
