Projects Proposed
1. Single-family units . Jemal's Greentec Land LLC, Washington. Preliminary plan for 70 lots on 26.5 acres just north of Hubble Drive and Aerospace Road, the third phase of the proposed Glenn Dale Commons, Glenn Dale.
2. Single-family units . NV Homes, Largo. A site plan for 22 single-family lots on 21.5 acres on Bond Mill Road, south of Brooklyn Bridge Road, Laurel.
3. Fire Station . Prince George's County Government, Upper Marlboro. A site plan for a 15,948-square-foot building on the east side of St. Joseph's Drive, 1,000 feet south of its intersection with Ardwick Ardmore Road, Largo.
4. Multi-family project . York Residential, Atlanta. An application to change to mixed-use zoning for 325 units on 13 acres in the northeast quadrant of Route 5 and Allentown Road, Clinton.
5. Resort . Chirp Resorts LLC, College Park. Special exception application to increase the size of the Cherry Hill Park resort by adding 16 acres and 30 cabins to the campground in the northwest quadrant of Cherry Hill Road and Interstate 95, College Park.
6. Gas station and convenience retail . PB&J LLC, Upper Marlboro. Preliminary plan for three lots on 4.48 acres in the southeast quadrant of Ritchie Marlboro and Sansbury roads, Upper Marlboro.
7. Single-family units . K&P Builders, Bowie. Site plan for 38 single-family units on 105.2 acres on the south side of Mill Branch Road, east of Route 301, Bowie.
8. Parking garage . Capstone Development, Birmingham, Ala. Site plan for a 5,800-square-foot building to serve the City of College Park, on more than one-half acre in the southwest quadrant of Knox Road and Yale Avenue, College Park.
9. Restaurant . Jerry's Seafood, Lanham. Building permit application for a $1 million restaurant at 10201 Martin Luther King Jr. Hwy., Lanham.
10. Warehouse . Gardiner & Gardiner General Contractors LLC, Crofton. Building permit application for a $1.8 million 60,000-square-foot building at 6512 Dower House Rd., Upper Marlboro.

11. Subdivision . KB Woodmore Land LLC, Silver Spring. Preliminary plan for eight single-family lots on 10.2 acres on the west side of Woodvale Lane, 1,000 feet south of its intersection with Woodmore Road, Bowie.
