A week after a deflating loss to Wake Forest, backup quarterback Chris Turner rallies the Terrapins to 20 second-half points in their first victory over a top 10 team since 2004.

Needing a win to be eligible for a bowl, the Terps give their most complete performance of the season, scoring on four straight possessions in the first half and posting their first shutout since 2003.

With the Terrapins about to add to a 24-3 lead late in the third, the Demon Deacons return an interception 100 yards to begin an epic comeback.

The Terrapins manage just three yards in the first quarter and fall to a Tar Heels team that had lost six of its previous seven games.
