In a letter to White House counsel Fred F. Fielding, Rep. Henry A. Waxman (D-Calif.) wrote that, contrary to a statement yesterday that no White House e-mails appear to have been lost, officials from the administration had advised Waxman's committee that server archives listed no e-mail traffic on 473 days.

For the Executive Office of the President:
12 days, including three in December 2003, four in January 2004 and five in February 2004.

For the Office of the Vice President:
16 days, including four in October 2003 and five in February 2005.

For the Council on Environmental Quality:
The entire period between Nov. 1, 2003, and Jan. 11, 2004.

For the Council of Economic Advisers:
The entire period between Nov. 2, 2003, and Jan. 11, 2004.

For the Office of Management and Budget:
The entire period between Nov. 1, 2003, and Dec. 9, 2003.

For the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative:
The entire period between Feb. 11, 2004, and April 18, 2004.
