PERSONNEL DEPT.

Wizards: G Gilbert Arenas (left knee) and C Etan Thomas (heart surgery) remain out. . . . G Antonio Daniels, who sat out Tuesday's loss at New York to rest his sore right knee and did not practice Thursday, started last night. The team improved to 15-7 with Daniels as a starter.
