PERSONNEL DEPT.

Wizards: G Gilbert Arenas (left knee) and C Etan Thomas (heart surgery) remain out. Arenas believes he could return to action sometime after the all-star break (Feb. 14-18). Thomas has not yet been cleared to practice but said he plans on returning as soon as doctors clear him for contact work. Neither player traveled to Cleveland.

Cavaliers: F Donyell Marshall (fractured finger) was cleared to return after being out of action since Jan. 8. Former Wizard Larry Hughes is in the midst of the worst shooting season of his career. Hughes entered yesterday's game shooting 33.7 percent from the field and 29 percent from three-point range.
