Julia Bouley, come on down. The Olney resident wins our 2007 Vacation in Lights lottery, snagging a digital camera for her Sept. 30 submission about a five-day trip to Rome to celebrate her 10th wedding anniversary with husband Tim. Now they can snap photos of their 15th, 20th and Golden Anniversary getaways.
