O'Connell's 6-4 win over DeMatha last Friday moved those teams up and down, respectively, and allowed Stone Bridge to become the first public school to crack the top five. Georgetown Prep earned a solid 5-1 win over then-No. 9 Wootton. South River, the defending Maryland Scholastic Hockey League public school champion, has played an easier schedule than other ranked teams, but has good talent and a spotless record.
