Some of Spain's leading musicians and dancers visit this week for the eighth annual Flamenco Festival DC at Lisner Auditorium, 730 21st St. NW. "Cuatro Esquinas" ("Four Corners"), Saturday at 8, stars singers Carmen Linares and Miguel Poveda with guitarist Juan Carlos Romero and dancer Pastora Galv¿n. Gypsy guitarist Tomatito performs Sunday at 7 with his quintet and dancer Jose Maya. Three generations of dancers share the stage Tuesday at 8 at "Mujeres," a gala evening featuring Merche Esmeralda, Bel¿n Maya and Roc¿o Molina with singer Diana Navarro. Eva Yerbabuena and her troupe of a dozen dancers and musicians present their new show, "Signs and Wonders," Thursday and Feb. 15 at 8. Tickets start at $35.
