Some important things to remember when using the Navy Yard Station:

¿ Before games, all foot traffic will be one-way out of the Metro station.

¿ After games, all traffic will be one-way into the station.

¿ Fans should finish hot dogs and other food and drink before they enter the station -- Metro has a firm no-food rule.

¿ Passengers should ensure that Farecards have enough money for a round trip.

¿ Parking at Metro lots is free on weekends only. Metro SmarTrip cards are required for payment, not cash or credit cards, at almost all lots.

¿ The closest station beyond Navy Yard is Capitol South on the Blue Line, about a 20-minute walk.
