QUICKLY EVALUATE PLAYERS: Who can play and who can't? Although he inherits a roster of talented players, there are key decisions to be made, and soon.

SPEAKING OF TIME . . . The scouting combine starts Feb. 21; huddle with the scouts and know what you're looking for. Get with the plan.

ORDER PIZZA: You've got the job, now get moving. Get to know the players and staff ASAP. And, while you're at it, get to know the trash collectors. You're going to be living at Redskins Park.
