Israel to Add Homes in East Jerusalem
JERUSALEM, Feb. 12 -- Israel announced plans Tuesday to build more than 1,100 apartments in disputed East Jerusalem, infuriating the Palestinians and triggering a new crisis in already troubled peace talks.-
