Other Mid-Atlantic Yoga Retreats

Little River Yoga in Annandale has a weekend yoga retreat in Claymont, W.Va., in the Shenandoah Valley, May 30-June 1. Program includes yoga, guided meditations, pranayama breathing, all meals, a wood-stoked sauna with a natural hot spring, outdoor fire circles, hiking on the 350-acre estate and the option of white-water rafting. Willow Street Yoga Center in Takoma Park has a yoga retreat Nov. 21-23 in Rehoboth Beach, Del., called "Anusara by the Sea" that includes beach walks, meditation, yoga, chanting and pranayama breathing. Yogaville, a retreat center in Buckingham, Va., offers a variety of programs and guest stays, including a "Heaven on Earth" retreat for women May 2-4 that includes yoga, meditation, dance, massage, facials, walks and lectures.
