Breathe easy, fashionistas! A red-carpeted, fully glammed Academy Awards show will be televised Sunday, with our favorite stars taking a glittery, well-rehearsed twirl before the eager cameras.

Watching the Oscar night rope-line arrivals is an annual ritual for those seeking tips about evening wear and beauty trends. If you just couldn't make it to Paris, New York or Milan for this season's catwalk shows, dahling, Oscar night can be an entertaining peek into international high fashion.

But Oscar-caliber style can be yours, too -- if you think like a Hollywood starlet. The secret? Three words: shine, color and personality.

Forever 21, the retailer beloved by trendy teens and their moms, does fun evening wear that won't break the bank. Why not try its purple mini-dress with a sexy deco neckline? Then put its gold-colored butterfly necklace on top -- a very Carrie Bradshaw pairing.

Saya Originals' python "Liberty" clutch in a pearlescent light gray is a terrific example of this season's "new" neutral day-to-evening bag.

Manolo Blahnik's sky-high fuchsia-sequin pumps are the last word in yummy, colorful footwear that screams, "I have arrived! Let the party begin!" A rhinestone bracelet by Fragments matches Manolo's moxie and then some.

Here's hoping someone will turn to you and say, "And the winner is . . ."
