Highlights

Cedric the Entertainer hosts the inaugural BET Honors (BET at 8), taped last month at the Warner Theatre, with honorees supermodel Tyra Banks, Act 1 CEO Janice Bryant Howroyd, singer Alicia Keys, Time Warner Chairman Richard Parsons, Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) and Prof. Cornel West. The two-hour special features performances by Jill Scott, Wyclef Jean, Stevie Wonder, John Legend, Gladys Knight and Raheem DeVaughn.

Drew Carey hosts his first "Price Is Right Million Dollar Spectacular" (Channel 9 at 8), during which a contestant will have the chance to win $1 million on the famous game show.

The game show "1 vs. 100" (Channel 4 at 8) concludes its second season with an appearance by "Baywatch" star Nicole Eggert.

Dennis Miller hosts the new game show "Amne$ia" (Channel 4 at 9), in which contestants are challenged to answer a variety of questions about their own lives in hopes of winning big money.

"Dateline NBC" (Channel 4 at 10) provides an update on the Natalee Holloway case and promises a first-time interview with a friend who was with the student the night she disappeared in Aruba nearly three years ago.

"20/20" (Channel 7 at 9) expands to two hours with a report on persistent sexual arousal syndrome and, later, asks viewers what they would do in certain situations such as witnessing a crime.

"Bill Moyers Journal" (Channels 22 and 26 at 9) teams up with the PBS series "Expos¿" to show how congressional earmarks work.

"Heath Ledger: A Tragic End" (E! at 8) chronicles the life of the actor and his last hours.

"Monk" (USA Network at 9) concludes its season with Mr. Monk searching for the truth that could clear the detective's name.

Bill O'Reilly, Patricia Arquette and musician Herbie Hancock are guests on "The Tonight Show With Jay Leno" (Channel 4, 11:35).

On "Nightline" (Channel 7, 11:35), Bob Woodruff reports from North Korea on the New York Philharmonic's historic visit.

Sean "Diddy" Combs and comedian Al Lubel appear on "Late Show With David Letterman" (Channel 9, 11:35).
