Sen. John McCain has applied for three loans in recent months from Fidelity & Trust Bank in Bethesda -- two to help his cash-strapped presidential campaign make it to the Iowa caucuses, and a third just before Super Tuesday. The bank approved all three, but McCain did not complete the last loan after the Feb. 5 results gave him command of the GOP race.
