Georgetown's Past Big East Tournament Appearances as the Top Seed

Perhaps surprisingly, this is only the fifth time Georgetown enters the Big East tournament as the No. 1 seed. The Hoyas, led this season by John Thompson III, above, have won the event the previous four occasions. A look at how they fared in the NCAA tournament those four years:
