Wizards: C Brendan Haywood (left patellar tendon strain) was a late scratch and is day-to-day. G Gilbert Arenas (left knee) and C Etan Thomas (sternum) did not play. Darius Songaila started in place of Haywood, who also missed a Nov. 21 win at Charlotte with an ankle injury.
Clippers: C Chris Kaman (sore lower back), F Elton Brand (Achilles' tendon) and G Shaun Livingston (knee) did not play. G Smush Parker, who signed with the team late last week, was in uniform.
