The house sleeps six, and there's a two-night minimum stay -- and you need to plan in advance. Weekends are booked through November. Rates: $385 per night for up to three people, $425 starting May 1. The adjacent Balter and Blum houses offer four bedrooms; the Blum House, opening April 10, allows one-room, one-night stays. Grocery shopping and chef services are available by prior arrangement.
