Discussion Policy

What the new contract means for individual health-care benefits:*
| If Hired . . . | Then You Pay . . . |
| Before 2004 | Annual deductible of $300, up from $200, and no premium. |
| After 2004 | Annual deductible of $300, same as now, and no premium. |
| As of March 30, 2008 | Annual deductible of $300, plus $5 weekly premium. |
* Estimates of co-payments not included, as they vary on a case-by-case basis.
